Parking at the University of Washington

Refunds -  Full refunds less 15% processing fee will be issued if written notice is received no later than two weeks prior to the start of any given camp.  You may also click on the links tab for the official Liability Waiver & Refund Form.
 
Liability Form -  The Liability Waiver must be received, signed by parent/guardian, and on file for each participating camper prior to the start of each camp.  It is suggested that this form be submitted at the time of registration.  Clink on the links tab for more information.
 
Pitching Camps -  All pitchers must provide their own catcher who is to wear their own catching equipment—glove, etc.   UW Softball Camps does not provide catching equipment for the catchers who participate in the pitching camps.
               
Lunch / Food -  All campers are to provide their own food and/or snacks.  Please mark your name clearly on your lunch/snack! Gatorade drinks will be available and provided for all campers.
 
Equipment Storage -  It is assumed that each camper will have some sort of storage/equipment bag for their own gear.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen gear.  Please mark your equipment with your name.
 
Softball Stadium / Camp Location  the softball stadium sits just outside the east end zone of the UW Football stadium on the shore of Lake Washington.  Parking in lot E-12 is suggested.  Click on links tab for UW Parking info.  The Dempsey Indoor Center will also be used for many camps.  The Dempsey is located due north of Husky Softball Stadium.
 
Pre and Post Camp Supervision -  campers should be picked up & dropped off by the entrance to the batting cages on the third baseline of the softball stadium. We are not responsible for your camper after each session is concluded.  Campers are welcome to watch the start of the next camp from the seating area if they are waiting to be picked up!
 
Can Parents Watch?  Absolutely!  Parents should observe from the regular stadium seating area.  Parents are not to go on the field unless they’re in attendance when an injury occurs.
 
Merchandise for Sale - All things Husky Softball will be available for purchase at each camp.

Important Camp Information

CAMP CHECK-IN:

30MIN PRIOR TO START TIME on day one of each camp

WHAT TO BRING:

Batting helmet, batting gloves, bat, sweats, kneepads, athletic clothing, cleats or turf shoes, visor or hat, water bottle, and money for snacks and souvenirs. Catchers will need to bring their own gear.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2008 prior to the start of camp. Should a participant leave due to illness, injury, family emergency, or
homesickness, the camp fee is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pitchers should bring their own catchers (or a
person to catch) to the pitching sessions (no charge for catchers).
